SIZING: Order based on your chest/bust measurement. Our hoodies are designed to fit casually and do not include tapering in the waist areas. The chest/bust measurements on the hoodies are equal as this items is meant to fit loosely, like a traditional hoodie. The size chart reflects a loose fit style.
UNISEX HOODIE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GoGoGearLA’s Unisex Hoodie, shown for convenience in both the women’s and men’s section of the store, is styled as typical “street” hoodie. It is not tailored to fit the contoured chest or waist areas. The hoodie is of equal dimension in the chest and waist area so that it is much more of a comfort fit. When ordering, note the hoodie will and should fit loosely; for a snugger fit, order one size smaller.
There is EU approved armor padding the back, shoulders and elbows. Kevlar in located throughout the impact areas, specifically, the back of the sleeves and the entire back. The Kevlar fabric is hidden by a perforated mesh lining, that is used to hold the protective pads (armor) in place. The Kevlar and mesh linings are sewn to the outer layer which is made of heavy duty sweatshirt materials.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash in COLD water with mild detergent. Hang to dry OR dry on the AIR setting. You do NOT need to remove the protectors when washing the garment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. GoGo Gear may offer a shipping promotion at their discretion. Outside of the promotion period, customers pay the initial shipping cost on orders, and any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect before you receive it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURNS
International orders are generally processed through the US Postal Service. Shipping costs are estimated based on weight and the destination country and generally arrive within two-three weeks of order shipment. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us for shipping estimates. International customers should note that they may be responsible for paying any duties or customs tariffs assessed by the destination country customs authorities. Generally, you will receive a notice from your local delivery service if there are import fees associated with the import of your GoGoGear merchandise. GoGoGear makes no representations as to whether there will be import duties or the cost of those duties. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted if a customer fails to pay duties or fails to accept delivery of the merchandise. Customers will NOT be reimbursed for customs duties or taxes if incurred.
Please note, due to the high number of exchanges requested GoGoGear will pay discounted shipping on the initial purchase only, if offered. The shipping cost of the return and the shipping cost of an exchange are the responsibility of the customer. GoGoGear will assess any additional fees prior to shipping an exchange in the amount of $10 for the UK, US and Canada. PLEASE SELECT YOUR SIZE CAREFULLY. LIMITED WARRANTY
GoGo Gear comes with a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. This does not include normal wear and tear or damage resulting from a fall, slide or crash. Should you feel your product is defective, please contact us with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos. Should we determine the cause is due to a defect, we will repair the item (when possible) or replace it. If for ANY reason you are not happy with your GoGo Gear product, you are welcome to return it within seven (7) days of purchase and receive a full refund (less shipping). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us for exchanges or returns for refund. Please note, we do not refund shipping costs if you return the product for refund. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
